Hello Comrades,
After another long few weeks, here is another report with news from the development. As we informed you before Christmas, we are developing the Early Start DLC. It will bring many new buildings, road vehicles, steam trains, airplanes, and also some new maps.
In this report, let’s check out some of the road vehicles that have been made by our best Polish modders and selected for the Early Start DLC content.

Another great addition that I’m very happy with is the steam track builders. In the old-fashioned rail construction office, there will be storage for coal and water to refuel these trains.

In the next report, we will talk more about steam locomotives, which I believe will be the most exciting part. We are also developing a couple of new maps for the Early Start DLC, so stay tuned for more info.
Aside from this new content, for the upcoming 1.0.0.21 version, we will add one interesting feature. BBallJo urged us to include a very important change. There was a problem where, if you were using vehicle replacements and ran out of stock for a specific vehicle type, you were unable to add it to manufacturing automatically. This forced players to constantly manage the queue of production plants manually.
However, as adding a completely new feature would be quite complicated, we found a solution by adjusting how vehicle manufacturing plants operate. Currently, they function in two modes controlled by a checkbox (Stop production after queue ends). When this checkbox is unchecked, the plant infinitely produces the last vehicle in the queue.

We changed this. Now, if the checkbox is unchecked (which is the default), the plant will cycle through the entire queue. This means that after any type of vehicle is manufactured, a new entry is added to the queue. So, for example, if you have three ambulances, two dumpers, and one bus in the queue, the plant will produce all of them in sequence—after one bus is produced, it will move to ambulances, then dumpers, and so on. Hope you will like this feature!

As a former Soviet citizen, I'd like to suggest a few features for the future updates.
Book stores and libraries.
Back in the days, people read a lot. Books, magazines and newspapers. Book stores and libraries. On top of that there could be added a propaganda research.
Commercial living housing. Most of the stalinka type buildings have a commercial stores on 1st floor, with an entrance from sidewalk.
Resorts for children and working people. Working 280/365 days per year. Working people just can't wait to go to the resorts. As well for pupils and needs resorts during the sunny summer days.
Vehicle proper production. In reality factories don't build the end product such as fire trucks, ambulances, road…
HI Great Job! Biggest question is: When will cooperative mode be available? I would really appreciate it!
When will vehicle speed become load dependent? It is important whether a truck is traveling loaded or empty, because this should affect its speed. Railways too, it does matter if the train is only carrying 400Tonnes or 2000Tonnes. It doesn't matter whether the train carries 2000 tons of goods on a flat track or on a 4% incline, because this must also affect the speed. It would change the mechanics of the game a lot from how it is now, that everything runs at maximum speed.
Natural gas and its associated industry, would have been a long time coming, if it was the Soviet Union.
Water power plants too.

Please add narrow gauge tracks in the next update. And make it possible to constuct them without the RCD. I really miss them in several cases: e.g. remote coal mine to harbour or mountain logging or cargo hubs.

Super, hra je to skutečně výborná, ale líbilo by se mi DLC kde by bylo mimo modelů vozidel a budov zahrnuty i nové prvky, jako třeba možnost připojovací pruhy na mostech, nyní musím sjezd a nájezd udělat tak aby v daném místě byl třeba uměle vybudovaný kopec, určitě by nebylo špatný na zamyšlení rozšíření zemědělství a potravinářští, jako chmel, řepa a a následné zpracování, u chovu dobytka i mlékárna atd. , jak tady někdo zmiňoval není zahrnuto ani hřbitov a pohřební služba . Chápu že tato práce je náročná, ale i v rámci udržení hry konkurence schopný bych zvažoval i nad nějakými těmito věcmi v dalších DLC. Jinak obrovský dík za takovou budovatelskou strategii.
